UFC Gyms Bring the Octagon to Charlotte

UFC Gym Interior

Relax you don’t have to get in the cage with some tattooed muscle bound guy with cauliflower ears.  UFC Gym is all about the workout not the fighting.  With one UFC Gym location recently opening in Ballantyne and another on the way to North Sardis Road the mixed martial arts (MMA) workout concept is all about building functional strength.  They do this using a series of 1 hour, 1000 calorie burning workouts designed to get you into the best shape of your life.  As the first gym to combine the MMA training techniques in a non-contact atmosphere they appeal to a cross section of society.  CrossFit devotees now have another choice.

  1. What are the rates to join? Similar to the YMCA?

    • Not sure what the Ymca is charging for membership, but I guarantee they cannot come close to the boxing, kick-boxing and mma fitness/functional training programs we offer. Call Ken our GM at 704-445-7960 or ufcgym.com/Matthews to get info on pricing and classes.

  2. Thanks for the shout out! If you haven’t come by to tour or check out our classes, just stop by! Check us out on line, take a complimentary class and enjoy the newest, most effective functional training programs brand new to Charlotte! Classes for the entire family; Train Different!

  3. UFC GYM, Ballantyne: 11930 Providence Rd, West, Charlotte, NC 28277. 704-544-8321
