Bar Restaurants

Restaurant Traffic has learned that the Indigo Road Restaurant Group is in discussions to bring their hip Cocktail Club concept to Charlotte.  The Cocktail Club is a private club that is dedicated to the art of the craft cocktail.  It is a great show.  The bartenders are all professional mixologists.  They take making a drink seriously.  It is similar to a chef driven restaurant with alcohol.  Steve Palmer will be a welcome addition to the Charlotte scene.  He was previously linked to 15 North Roadside Kitchen on Montford Drive.  Our sources tell us Palmer is focused on Selwyn Avenue around Nolen Kitchen.
