Truer words were never spoken.  There will be a lot of "bold people" these next 3 days as Southpark's Georges Brasserie in the Piedmont Town Center serves $1 oysters and $3 glasses of select champagne.  Quantities are limited so get there early.  Georges is a vibrant French Brasserie blending traditional and modern cuisine.  The restaurant is beautiful and if you don't look out the window you will feel like you are dining in a Parisian Bistro.  We might skip the oysters but the champagne is another story.
