Convenience store giant 7-11 plans to open Uptown in the Time Warner Arena pending City Council approval.  7-11 opens a new store every 2 hours somewhere in the world.  7-11 plans to open their urban prototype store at the home of the Bobcats.  So now on your way out of the NBA games you can grab yourself a Slurpee and some lottery tickets.
