Amélie’s French Bakery & Café Releases Autumn Menu

Amélie’s French Bakery & Café, a French-inspired café known for their sweets, savories and beverages, offically launched their autumn menu earlier this month. Available through the end of November, the menu features 39 items for the fall season; some of which are brand new flavor creations and others are customer favorites that Amélie’s brought back this year. The seasonal recipes are made using autumn-inspired flavors and ingredients such as pumpkin, pecan, apple, butternut squash and spiced cherry.

A few offerings from the Amélie’s autumn menu include:

French Macarons:

pumpkin pecan praline, spiced cherry, brown butter pecan, s’mores, almond toffee

Sweet Potato Pecan Petit Four: 

Pâte sucrée base, sweet potato, pecan, topped with marshmallow and toasted crushed pecans

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Danish: 

pumpkin filling and cream cheese

Roasted Root Vegetable + Smoked Gouda: 

smoked gouda spread topped with roasted root vegetables

Butternut Squash Soup: 

vegetable stock, butternut squash purée, onions, carrots, garlic, apples, caraway seeds and thyme

Dried Apricot, Pumpkin Seed + Goat Cheese Salad:

mixed greens, dried apricots, roasted root vegetables, roasted pumpkin seeds, and goat cheese with maple balsamic vinaigrette

Almond Toffee + Smoked Sea Salt Café Crème:

chocolate sauce, candied almond syrup, espresso, steamed milk, whipped cream topped with smoked sea salt and toffee pieces

Orange + Clove Mimosa: 

orange juice, spiced syrup and sparkling wine
