Cajun / Creole Restaurants

Emeril Lagasse is opening his much anticipated first Carolina restaurant tonight at the Duke Energy Center.  E2 is the name.  It is a VIP night on Wednesday and open to the general public on Thursday.  It will be dinner only to start but they will begin lunch service in the near future.  Restaurant Traffic got a sneak peek at the menu and it has local favorites like Shrimp and Grits to Roasted New Bedford Sea Scallops.  We will post interior photo's of the restaurant in a latter post.
