Butter Nightclub at the NC Music Factory in Uptown has closed.  Butter was the pioneer at this music venue opening before anybody else was out there.  They had a good run but a combination of losing their management group a year ago and rival nightclubs Osso and Label opening really sliced up the pie at the Music Factory.  No word on what will replace it but rest assured someone will open another nightclub at this site.
