Polka Dot Bake Shop owners Jennifer Chapman and Michelle Miller recently had their bake shop named the #6 cupcake bakery in America by The Daily Meal.  The cupcakes were judged nationally by presentation, menu and cake to frosting ratio.  Polka Dot which is located at Parke Town Village in Myers Park is a local favorite.  You have to go early to even get some of their popular cupcakes since they sell out fast.  Jennifer and Michelle also sell their popular sweet potato crackers in over 200 stores across the country.
