Cafes Restaurants

Chickadee's Cafe on Elizabeth Avenue has closed.  Chickadee's had a brief run one marred by numerous management changes.  We thought the food was good but sometimes a little bit inconsistent.  The Elizabeth area close to the hospital is a tough market even after all the road construction has been completed.  Restaurant Traffic can report that the old NOFO restaurant is going to be turned into a New Orleans style oyster bar.
