New Mexican Restaurants

Chipotle Mexican Grill is going to open in the University area in the Mallard Point Shopping Center.  Chipotle is on a roll lately opening several new stores in the Charlotte area.  Chipotle is known for it's "food with integrity."   Healthy and quick and pretty soon in every neighborhood in the Queen City.  August is the target opening date.
