CLTure and Chef Clark Barlowe Team Up for Dinner Lab
CLTure, a charlotte-based cooperative business collaborative and full service boutique marketing, advertising and entertainment company, will be teaming with Dinner Lab for a special presentation of Dinner Lab on Thursday, June 11th. Dinner Lab is a membership-based social dining company that pairs notable Chefs with adventurous eaters in unique locations to create a pop-up dinner experience in locations that are only revealed the day prior to the event.
Chef Clark Barlowe, North Carolina native and head chef of Heirloom Restaurant, will utilize his extensive training to create a menu that features ingredients produced in North Carolina. The theme of the menu is North Carolina edibles that will tell the story of a specific time and place, with a focus on some of the more obscure, yet delicious ingredients that typically get passed over.
Dinner Lab with Chef Barlowe is $60 with membershipÂ and $70 without membership. Ticket price includes unlimited beverages.Â Details and registration on CLTure.org.
