Corkbuzz Winemaker Dinner – September 20th, 2015

If you haven’t already checked out the awesome new wine bar, Corkbuzz, in SouthPark yet, here is your chance. Join Corkbuzz for an amazing dinner with Maria Sinskey- Chief Cook, Owner, Culinary Director and Head Bottle Washer at Robert Sinskey Vineyards on Sunday, September 20th at 6:30pm.

From the elements in the soil, to the labels on their bottles, Robert Sinskey Vineyards delivers a wine that showcases purity and elegance. For 25 years California native Robert Sinskey has been growing 100% organic biodynamic wines in the Carneros and Stags Leap districts of Napa and Sonoma. Sinskey has taken the “whole farming” approach to growing grapes, where the rhythms of nature and the natural processes trump the yields of mechanized farming.

The philosophy behind this family owned company is that “wine is not an athletic event.” Great cuisine and company set the stage of how wine should be enjoyed. Their aromatic Abraxas, ruby red Pinot Noir, and signature POV blend are apart of a catalog of wines with character and personality.

This delightful evening at Corkbuzz will offer delicious wine paired with great food, guided by the resident chef of RSV, Maria Sinskey.
