Crispy Crepe is going to open it's first location in The Circle Apartments in Southend.  Owner Said Gomaa has over 15 years in the restaurant business and his goal for Crispy Crepe is to create a comfortable cafe  where patrons can relax and enjoy a great meal.  Crepes will not be the only thing on the menu, Gomaa also plans on serving salads, toasted panini sandwiches and pastries.

Bryan Wyker of the Providence Group represented The Circle on the retail part of the project.  That is Bryan second from the left.  He also added The World of Beer several months ago and they are under construction for their first Charlotte store.  I was at the World of Beer in Orlando last week and can report it is a fun venue.  No food but a ton of beer.  Live music on most nights.  Stay tuned to Restaurant Traffic for the opening dates for both Crispy Crepe and WOB.
