Delta's which is a Southern inspired restaurant out of New Brunswick, New Jersey has been trying to open for several weeks.  Restaurant Traffic was at their Charlotte location this past Friday and it did not look like there was any construction going on.  A representative of the building told us that they did not know what the cause for the delay was.

This is a picture of the Delta's in New Jersey.  Owners Coretta King and Joshua Suggs vision is to "Celebrate the spirit of the South" and that attitude extends to all aspects of Delta's including the food, service and atmosphere.  They plan to have live music several nights a week and a DJ on some others.  The restaurant in NJ is dinner only except on Sunday when they open at 1.  They plan to serve lunch here in Charlotte.
