Dunkin’ Donuts: Brain Tumor Awareness Month

Dunkin’ Donuts: Brain Tumor Awareness Month

Now through Saturday, May 20th, all Charlotte Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants are donating 50 cents for each Dunkin’ Donuts limited-edition, Braylon-inspired donut sold May 7-20, in honor of Brain Tumor Awareness Month. The ring donut, was specially designed for this fundraising event, and features white icing with a blue drizzle.

Child cancer survivor Braylon Beam is helping raise money for his new Foundation, called Bring It 4 Braylon, which provides gas cards, groceries, trips, and other gifts to families with children battling cancer.

“We are so honored that the local franchisees chose our foundation, and are giving back to the community in such a big way,” states Jesse Beam, Braylon’s father. “By meeting so many of the Dunkin’ Donuts owners and employees in person, we’ve been reminded that they are a member of the community just like us; it’s a great example of neighbors helping one another. We’re hoping everyone can take a simple step to enjoy a donut in support of those many Charlotte families who have a child battling cancer.”
