El Camino Mexican to Roll into Montford Drive

El Camino is going to open on Montford Drive at Andrew Blair's which is directly across from Maverick Rock Taco. El Camino will be a Tex-Mex restaurant as is Maverick. You can debate the wisdom of opening a Mexican restaurant across the street from another Mexican restaurant. There is also a Taco Bell at the other end of Montford. If you feel like Mexican food you will just have to go to Monford that is until Chuy's opens in Southpark and goes directly against Paco's Tacos. We hope everyone likes tacos!

Why would you open a Mexican restaurant right across from another Mexican restaurant? Makes no sense?
Kind of like putting yogurt shops across from each other like they did on East Blvd. How is that working out?
This is a dumb move.
This guy should stick to college beer bars like Angry Ales.
This guy needs to figure out how to run a restaurant first then get off his daddy’s payroll.
