Evoke Debuts New Summer Menu Items

le meridien charlotte

When Evoke opened its doors in late 2014, it was a much needed addition to the Charlotte restaurant scene. With a swanky bar featuring house infused spirits, a friendly waitstaff from around the world, and a modern european vibe with furniture that costs upwards of $6,000, Evoke has quickly become a trendy Uptown favorite. Yes, you can find all this nestled in the corner of Le MĂ©ridien’s ground floor lobby.

To keep up with peak seasonal ingredients, the new-age steakhouse recently launched several new menu items. Restaurant Traffic had the opportunity to sample some of Executive Chef, Oscar LaFuente, and Chef de Cuisine, Robert Reinken’s latest creations in a menu unveiling.

New additions to the fresh and modern menu include the following:

Nairagi: Salsa Verde, Breakfast Radish, Crispy Saffron Rice
