Owner/Operator Lars Kruse invited Restaurant Traffic over to take an exclusive tour of his new Uptown restaurant Vapiano.?? Yes that is a live olive tree in the picture above, flown in from California.?? Vapiano is a European concept serving house made pasta, pizza and salads.
Another unique aspect to the Vapiano dining experience is that customers receive a "chip card" to personally order your drinks and food from the stations around the restaurant and you settle up as you leave.
Vapiano had the longest hood we have seen in a restaurant.???? Lars told us the marble is from Italy and the hardwood floors were from Europe.?? It is going to be a beautiful restaurant.
