   Guys- this a a great website you have here! Charlotte has long needed a blog about what’s going on in the restaurant industry.

   I love reading about upcoming openings.

     Chris- thank you for the kind words. 2 of us work in the commercial real estate business with Legacy Real Estate Advisors focusing on restaurants so we know what is going on before it is commonly known. Sometimes we have to wait to let all of you know because people in our business get their feelings hurt like when we announced Chuy’s was coming here. (They are still coming to Southpark, by the way-announcement will come in the Spring) Thank you for reading our blog.
