HuHot Mongolian Grill is about to open their first Carolina store this Wednesday.  No it will not be in Charlotte but in Greenville, North Carolina.  HuHot is the #1 Mongolian Grill concept in America.  They feature healthy Asian fare in a hip cool setting.  It is all you can eat too.  You create dishes yourself and they cook it up on a giant grill in the center of the restaurant.  HuHot is actively looking for sites in the Charlotte market and hopefully we will have a HuHot of our own in the near future.
