Shrimp & Stone-Groud Grits with andouille sausage, holy trinity, and fresh basil.


Seared Sea Scallops with creamy yukon potatoes, caramelized brussels sprouts, and an orange pan sauce.


Maryland Crab Cakes with pineapple salsa, red pepper emulsion, cilantro, and mint.
