Donates 20% Of Sales To The Harvest Center

As owner of The Roasting Company, Doug Bell is grateful for the 20
years of support Charlotteans have given his restaurant The Roasting
Company. To celebrate this success, he wants to give back by donating
20% of The Roasting Company???s dinner revenue to The Harvest Center,
a local faith-based not-for-profit. The cause marketing effort will
take place from June 19th ??? 25th, with a special anniversary party
on Wednesday, June 22nd from 5:30 p.m. ??? 7:00 p.m.

The Roasting Company, located at 1521 Montford Drive, off Park Road in
SouthPark??has long been a favorite for
outstanding rotisserie chicken, fresh vegetables. The restaurant
features casual American cuisine with a Caribbean flare. It is open
from 11:00 a.m. ??? 10:00 p.m. daily.

The Harvest Center is a faith-based not-for-profit serving Charlotte
residents in need. It is located at 1800 Brewton Drive near Genesis
Park (formerly the Double Oaks community) and is supported solely by
the generosity of individuals, houses of faith, companies and
foundations. The Harvest Center provides hot cooked meals, groceries,
medical support, housing, education, alcohol and drug counseling and
most of all respect to our disadvantaged neighbors. In 2010, the
Harvest Center served 112,000 hot meals and distributed some 29,000
boxes of groceries. It is the largest distribution center of Second
Harvest Food Bank.
