Taco Mac with 3 Charlotte locations is in ESPN's final 12 for best sports bar in North America. The contest has 4 groups and the winner of each group will advance to the Final 4. So please let us help them move on to the finals by voting below. You can vote as often as you want.
But hurry voting ends this Tuesday.

Love Taco Mac but I also saw that Hickory Tavern in in the final 16. They have more locations in Charlotte than Taco Mac so if they both make the final 4 I will have a tough decision ahead. Life is tough.
Yes please vote for Hickory Tavern too. They have many stores here in Charlotte.
It looks like both Taco Mac and Hickory Tavern will be in the Finals as they both have large leads and the voting ends today. Congrats to both.
Go Hickory Tavern! I thought this blog was more about Charlotte-based restaurants, not Atlanta-based? Hickory Tavern is much better all around!

Taco Mac has 3 Charlotte locations and our main goal with this blog is to help out any and all restaurants in any way we can. Hickory Tavern is also good and we hope they move on in the contest and we will urge our readers to vote for them too.
Hickory Tavern has a lot more than 3 locations so we should support them over Taco Mac.
TacoMac is horrible. Who would vote for that place? The service is awful and the food is just as bad. The one is South Park won’t last.
Nice call Paul! Our last waitress at Taco Mac even complained about the place because nothing is ever on special, I’m not wasting any time there again. I don’t see a post telling the readers of this blog to vote for Hickory Tavern like they did for Taco Mac. Go Hickory Tavern!
I think Taco Mac is supperior to Hickory Tavern. Taco Mac is by far the better sports bar of the two plus all HT has is lame draft beer while Taco Mac has over 140 different beers on tap in Southpark.
