Located in Uptown Charlotte, Evoke is hosting a Toska Truffle Dinner on Thursday, September 15th at 6:30pm.  For $128 guests will enjoy a savory six-course, prix-fixe dinner curated by Executive Chef Oscar La Fuente and Chef de Cuisine Robert Reinken.  Fusing his Peruvian roots with a dynamic culinary style, Chef Oscar puts a contemporary twist on worldwide favorites, utilizing the highest quality ingredients to create a collection of exquisite tastes.

Founded in 2010 on the premise of delivering only the finest products at accessible prices, Toska Truffles are sourced from the finest areas of the world, including the Umbria region of Italy and the famous Perigod region of France. From the Truffle Honey Custard to the Lobster Pot Pie to the Chevre Cheesecake, each course is paired perfectly with select wines, offering guests the chance to embark on a culinary journey that will tantalize the palates.
