Beer centric Restaurants

Twin Peaks is set to open their first North Carolina location in Concord.  They are taking over the old Ryan's Steakhouse in front of the Concord Mills Mall.  Twin Peaks is what the restaurant industry describes as a breastaraunt.  They are geared towards men and the all girl front of the house staff wears short shorts and and skimpy flannel tops.  Their motto is, "Cause your the man!" which sounds great but does not seem to work so well around my house.  Former Hooter's owner Coby Brooks is the franchisee here so he has some experience with this type of concept.  We have heard the food is pretty good and look forward to trying it which is like saying you only read Playboy for the articles.  We will post the opening date for all of you that want to try the food.
