The first Uncle Maddio's Pizza Joint  in North Carolina is close to serving it's first pizza in the Overstreet Mall in Uptown Charlotte.  Uncle Maddio's motto is "fast, fresh and affordable."  You go down the line and create your own personalized pizza.  You can make make it any way you want.  They then cook it in about 5 minutes and the whole pie costs around $10.  Uncle Maddio's has plans for many more locations in Charlotte so don't be surprised to see them opening a store close to you.
