Elizabeth Restaurants

Viva Chicken opened a couple of weeks ago on Elizabeth Avenue.  Viva is a Peruvian Rotisseire Chicken restaurant.  They serve other menu items including salads, sandwiches and the Classic Saltado shown above which is a Peruvian stir fry dish with Asian influences.  Viva is located directly across the street from Presbyterian Hospital in the former Starbucks location.  They added a patio and spruced up the interior dining room.  The Chicken is guaranteed to be fresh as they cook another batch every 45 minutes.  As we wrote earlier they also serve Inca-Cola which is the Peruvian soft drink that is very popular in Peru.
