American (New) Restaurants

Zink will serve it's last meal Sunday.  Tom Sasser (shown above) announced the closing a couple of weeks ago citing slowing sales.  Sasser said to look for some of Zink's favorite menu items to show up on some of their sister restaurants menus.  Zink opened in Uptown in 2004 but moved to the current location in 2010.  Austin based Chuy's will take over and will be open sometime in the summer.
